One year ago, Skinny Lister finished their show in San Francisco. Their performance started on November 25th, but the band finished after midnight. They played at the Bottom of the Hill with Lincoln Durham and Trapper Schoepp.
I saw the band a few years earlier during the Vans Warped Tour. They were something unexpected and I was excited to see them again. I published photos and wrote an article for Stereo Embers Magazine. I meant to write something on my own blog about the show and the opening bands. I never did it.
I really enjoyed the night. Skinny Lister is returning to San Francisco in a February. Vans Warped has announced that this year will be the final tour. When Warped Tour ends, I wonder if there will be another national festival that will showcase the same variety of bands.
Since I didn't post photos of the opening bands a year ago, I wanted to include gallery links and a photo here. Lincoln Durham is above and Trapper Schoepp is below.
