Twitter and Screener may have combined to solve some customer service communications problems. I do not yet know if Twitter will solve my actual problem, but at least I think that I will have been understood.
After several messages being sent back and forth, the Twitter person asked that I use Screener to create a screen cast of my issue.
At first, I was unhappy, but it was super issue. I sound a little dorky, but oh well. I sound a little dorky in real life anyway.
